We assist victims of traffic accidents—pedestrians, cyclists, passengers, and drivers—through the entire compensation process. Our services include negotiating settlements with insurers, overseeing medical evaluations, assessing damages according to the Dintilhac classification system, and, if necessary, litigating cases in court. The French compensation system, based on the Badinter Act of July 5, 1985, provides particularly strong protection for non-driver victims.
