Oliver Berg handles domestic and international business law matters, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation. A former associate professor, he teaches contract law, securities law, and private international law at the Universities of Lorraine and Strasbourg. His dual doctoral thesis, defended in both France and Germany, attests to his in-depth bicultural legal training.

Mr. Berg is recognized for his expertise in securities law and investor protection. Notably, he led the defense of 31 institutional investors in the Vivendi case and heads the firm’s Wirecard and Worldline matters.
