Oliver Stein advises national and international clients on corporate and tax law, particularly from a cross-border perspective. As a member of the btk suchet conseil network, he provides support for restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and business start-ups. He is also a partner at the law firm Gebauer Stein PartGmbB and teaches contract drafting at the University of Lorraine.
